Most of the reading people do is a waste of time. Social media scrolling, in particular, is a huge time suck that rarely leads to anything productive. If you want to make better use of your time, you should consider giving up reading, unless it’s something you’re really passionate about.

The Saiva is for people who want to read, think, and grow without bounds. Our content is carefully curated to be meaningful and impactful. Whether you’re looking for a pick-me-up or some food for thought, we think there is something for everyone.
